1.Each guest is required to have a valid ID to check-in at the hotel (for Russian citizens it is a Russian passport or birth certificate for kids under 14, for foreigners – foreign passport, a valid visa and an immigration card). 2.Check-in time 14.00. Check-out time 12.00. The hotel working hours: 24/7, front desk: 09.00 – 18.00 3.When booking is made earlier than 7 days before the arrival, 50% of the total price of the accommodation should be paid within 3 days from receiving the confirmation of the booking. If the booking is made later than 7 days before the arrival – 100% of price of accommodation should be paid the same day when the manager confirms the booking. 4.In case the booking is canceled earlier than 7 days before the arrival date, Karjala Park refunds fully 50% payment (excepting New Year period). 5.If the booking is canceled later than 7 days before the arrival date, Karjala Park does not refund 50% payment. 6.If the booking is cancelled later than 1 day before the arrival date – the payment is not refunded at all. 7.Pets are not allowed
